The Sprint Format
8 to 12 weeks. One goal: Ship or die trying.
Role Assignment
You aren't a 'student'. You are assigned as Frontend Dev, Backend, or Designer on a squad.
The Build
You pick tickets from Jira/Linear. You write code. You get blocked. You figure it out.
Code Review
Senior Engineers review every PR. If the code is messy, it gets rejected. No mercy.
Deployment
The feature goes live. Real users interact with it. You measure the impact.
Certification is Earned, Not Bought.
We don't give certificates for attendance. To graduate from Badex Academy and enter our Talent Pool, you must prove you are reliable.
Shipped Features
You must have successfully merged significantly code into production.
Code Quality
Your code must pass our linting, testing, and stylistic standards.
Communication
You showed up to standups, communicated blockers, and worked as a team.
